Wilm’s tumor also called Nephroblastoma is a type of cancer that starts in the kidneys and is most common type of kidney cancer in children. The ratio of Wilm’s tumor is about 9 of 10 kidney cancers in children. Tumors which affects only one kidney and have only one tumor are unilateral.
